Vediamo i consigli per resistere alle cattive condizioni meteorologiche e per continuare a correre anche durante i lunghi mesi invernali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fate un buon riscaldamento<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scaldare i muscoli prima di correre \u00e8 fondamentale per aumentare progressivamente la temperatura del corpo ed assicurare una migliore coordinazione dei movimenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vestirsi a strati<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meglio scegliere tessuti termici sottili rispetto ad indumenti pesanti. I <strong id=\"\">tessuti tecnici<\/strong> che si possono acquistare oggigiorno sono ottimi per isolare il corpo dal freddo ed evitare l\u2019eccessiva sudorazione. Proteggere mani e piedi E\u2019 importante proteggere le estremit\u00e0 del corpo con guanti e calze tecniche. Queste possono essere lunghe fino al polpaccio per scaldarlo ed evitare possibili contratture. E\u2019 consigliabile coprire il capo e il collo con un berretto e uno scalda collo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scegliere le scarpe adatte<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le scarpe devo essere in grado di isolare il piede in modo che non si bagni quando piove o nevica, in pi\u00f9 devono dare stabilit\u00e0 sui terreni scivolosi. Allo stesso modo devono essere traspiranti e un po\u2019 pi\u00f9 grandi per evitare che la compressione acceleri il raffreddamento dei piedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bere a piccoli sorsi<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anche se con il freddo si nota meno il bisogno di acqua, la <strong id=\"\">disidratazione<\/strong> del corpo \u00e8 comunque un pericolo. Consigliamo di bere prima e dopo la corsa acqua o un qualsiasi bevanda energetica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image w-richtext-figure-type-image w-richtext-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.intermundial.bisiestodeveloper.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/6716072f27be9bef17919cc4_Runner.gif\" alt=\"Runner\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evitate pause lunghe<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando fa freddo \u00e8 consigliamo non fermarsi a lungo durante una corsa, \u00e8 meglio cercare di svolgere un allenamento veloce e rapido in modo che si abbassi eccessivamente la temperatura del corpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Controllate la respirazione<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando le temperature si abbassano \u00e8 consigliabile cercare di inspirare con il naso ed espirare con la bocca per riscaldare l\u2019aria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attenzione con il ghiaccio<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Molti <em id=\"\">runners<\/em> scelgono di correre sulla neve, pu\u00f2 essere una buona alternativa ai soliti percorsi.  Evitate per\u00f2 di farlo sul ghiaccio o sulle superfici ghiacciate, il rischio di scivolare ad ogni minimo cambiamento di direzione \u00e8 notevole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scegliete le ore migliori per uscire<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se \u00e8 possibile, uscite a correre in tarda mattinata o nel primo pomeriggio.
